Thank you for choosing handmade jewelry from our studio. Each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is our full return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Most jewelry pieces can be returned if the following conditions are met:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Ship the item back within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition
- We cannot accept unauthorized returns
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Returns requested outside this window cannot be accepted.
Exchange shipping is free, and store credit is issued after the item is returned and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for a refund:

(personalized designs, engraved pieces, custom stones, special sizing, or any piece altered specifically for you) -
Made-to-order pieces requiring special gemstone sourcing
These pieces are created individually and often require ordering materials specifically for your request (these gemstones are non-returnable for us as well).
These items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
If anything arrives with an issue, we will remake or repair the piece at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If your piece is not eligible for a return, or if you simply prefer to exchange it, we offer a simple exchange option.
- We will provide a free return shipping label for your exchange (free exchanges are available only for the USA domestic shipments).
- Once the original piece is returned, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of your item.
- Your store credit is valid for 2 years and can be used toward any item on our website.
- You may exchange for a different design, stone, size, or style.
Always check the product page for details on eligibility, since each handmade design has its own conditions.
Issues or Defects
If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will repair, remake, or replace the piece.
If repair is not possible, we will refund the order.
Your satisfaction and trust are important to us.
Custom Orders
Custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes:
- Fully custom designs
- Engraved items
- Custom-sourced stones
- Modified versions of existing designs
If anything is wrong with your custom piece, we will remake or repair it free of charge.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.
After this time, materials may already be ordered for your piece.
Metal Changes and Design Modifications
Most of the designs can be customized in different metals including sterling silver and solid gold.
If you want to personalize a piece or change the metal, please contact us before placing your order.
Customization follow the custom item policy.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the request
We will reply with the correct instructions.
Buyers cover the cost of return shipping for refunds.
Exchange shipping is free for US only, and store credit is issued after the item is returned and inspected.
