Refund policy
Each piece is handcrafted in our studio. We want you to feel confident in your purchase while maintaining the integrity of made-to-order production.
Returns
Returns are accepted when all conditions are met:
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is shipped back within 14 days of delivery
- Jewelry is unworn and in original condition and packaging
A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This covers handling, inspection, and cleaning of handmade pieces.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered without a restocking fee.
We provide store credit once the original item has been returned and inspected. Store credit is valid for 5 years and can be used toward any piece in our collection.
For US orders, we provide a prepaid return label for exchange requests.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or personalized designs (including engraving and sizing adjustments)
- Made-to-order pieces requiring individually sourced materials or gemstones
These pieces are created specifically for each order and cannot be restocked.
If a custom piece arrives with a defect or error, it will be repaired or remade at no cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. The item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, production may already have started and materials may be allocated to your piece.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes:
- Fully custom designs
- Engraved items
- Custom-sourced stones
- Modified versions of existing designs
If a custom piece arrives with an error or defect, it will be repaired or remade at no cost.
Metal Changes & Design Modifications
Selected designs can be customized in different metals, including sterling silver and solid gold.
For any customization requests (including metal changes or design adjustments), please contact us before placing your order.
Customizations fall under the custom order policy.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
We respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
- Return shipping for refunds is the responsibility of the customer
- Exchange shipping is free for US orders only
- Store credit is issued after the item has been received and inspected
