Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting a handmade studio. Every piece is crafted with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Below is our complete shipping policy.


We ship all items from Wilmington, DE (USA)

Most item ship for free within the USA. 


Processing Times

We have IN STOCK items clearly marked as such that are ready to ship within 1-2 days. However, most pieces are made to order and require either 1 to 2 or 3 to 4 weeks to create before shipping.
Some designs or custom requests may take slightly longer.
Each product page lists the expected processing time for that specific piece.

Handmade work takes time, and we appreciate your patience.


Shipping Times

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days
  • Canada: 5 to 12 business days
  • International: 5 to 12 business days - we don't ship with economy postal service internationally, we use FedEx or UPS since they are fast and reliable. 

These time-frames are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, or carrier delays.


Shipping Carriers

We ship primarily through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Your carrier and service level will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Free shipping may is offered for domestic USA shipments only and for qualifying orders above $50.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Please be aware that some countries may charge customs fees, taxes, or import duties on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot control or estimate these fees, and they are not included in our shipping prices.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the cost to reship the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed by the carrier, we will help you track it but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct
  • Contact us for support

Although we cannot control carrier errors, we always do our best to help.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The jewelry
  • The shipping label

We will repair or replace the piece as needed.


Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • For refunds, the buyer covers return shipping.
  • For exchanges, we provide a free return shipping label and issue store credit after the piece is returned and inspected.
