Warranty and Repairs Policy
Last updated: March 17, 2026
Your jewelry is handmade with care, and we stand behind the quality of every piece. This policy explains what is covered under warranty, what is not, and how to request a repair.
1. Warranty Coverage
Sterling Silver Jewelry
Sterling silver pieces include a 6 month craftsmanship warranty.
This covers breakage or structural issues caused by a flaw in materials or workmanship.
Examples of covered issues:
- A jump ring or connection point opening without force
- A stone setting that loosens due to a construction issue
- A chain breaking at a solder point
- Structural defects discovered during normal wear
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by impact, bending, pulling, snagging, water exposure, or chemical exposure
- Normal tarnish or oxidation
- Wear on plated finishes
- Lost pieces or lost stones due to misuse
If the issue is our craftsmanship, the repair is free.
Plated Jewelry
Gold plating over sterling silver is not covered for fading or wear.
Plating naturally softens with time and use.
This is not considered a defect.
You may choose:
- Replating at a local jeweler
- Contacting us for guidance
- Polishing plating down to bare silver for a permanent finish
We are always happy to help you choose the best option.
Solid Gold Jewelry
Solid gold pieces include a 2 year craftsmanship warranty.
This covers any structural issues caused by materials or workmanship.
Covered examples are the same as above, with a longer protection period.
Not covered:
- Damage caused by force, pressure, or improper storage
- Bent bands or misshapen rings from impact
- Stones knocked loose due to impact
- Natural wear on finishes
- Lost pieces or stones
- Damage caused by other jewelers
If a defect is confirmed, repair or replacement is free.
